Energizer Bike Light Set: Decent Starter Kit

I've had mine for about a year. Overall, it has served me well. Here are a few more things you need to know before you buy: Pros ???????????? - Value: You get 2 lights (front/rear) for $25. - Easy to Mount: The rubber straps are flexible and hold the lights firmly in place. - Easy to Use: Long Press for ON/OFF and quick press to cycle between High, Low and Strobe. - Brightness: Decent for the price. See ???? - Charging Cable: It comes with a split cord so you can charge both lights at the same time. - Mounting Straps: It comes with additional rubber straps of varying lengths so you can find the best fit for your bike or use as spare. See ???? - I also like how you can slide the front light off to recharge and leave the mount in place. Cons ???????????? - It still uses micro USB. Well, they had to keep the cost down somehow. -Short Runtime: Depending on the brightness level, it'll get you about 2 hours. You will need to recharge it between rides. - Plastic Body: Easy to scuff up and scratch but holds up well overall. My Recommendation ???? This is a decent starter set and for the money, it's a good value. I like mine and have no problem recommending it to others, especially budget shoppers and beginner riders. If you're a pro cyclist, or someone who needs more than two hours of high beam, you should look elsewhere. Hope my short review has helped you make a more informed buying decision ????????✌️

Great headlight, but poor tail light. A bargain for the headlight alone.

For under 20 bucks, this headlight is a very good deal. I'd only use the tail light as a spare though. Head Light: This is very bright for a cheap light. It charges reasonably fast. It is easy to remove and easy to access the charging port. The button flashes red when to you turn on the light when your battery is running low. The battery life is pretty short though. About 2 hours on low-steady beam. Low is still quite bright and that is what I use unless I am avoiding obstacles in the path. Some reviewers just didn't bother to figure out how this light works though. Press and hold to turn off the light! Clicking just cycles through the modes. Tail Light: The button on the tail light fell off, the mount is flimsy and you need to take it apart to charge it. I just bought a Grateful Red tail light that works great.

A great bike light set - highly recommended.

These are smaller than they appear in the picture, but function as intended. I love the USB charging feature - no more battery changes! They charge lasts at least a week of nighttime commuting. The main light is bright, but not super-bright. The rear light is surprisingly bright for a red led - it kind of hurts to look at. The lights are easy to attach to your bike, and easy to remove too. I would go as far to say this is my favorite bike light set I've owned.

Surprising Shocked at this light

I usually opt for the pricier bike lights thinking they earned their price tag. I decided to go with this bike light by Energizer. I had low expectations but after a couple weeks of regular use it is my favorite light at the moment! It is bright enough for daily commuting and easy to switch on/off. It doesn't bob up and down when I go over bumps which is superb. I can squeeze 4-5 days of bike commuting on a single charge. I wish the battery had more capacity but with the price and weight I can't complain too much. Get this light if you are on a budget and need something reasonable!

Bright light, good value, somewhat less run time than expected

We liked these so well we bought three units. They are a good value for the brightness you get for the money. On "high setting," we are getting around an hour of run time. That is slightly less than we expected, but as long as it stays consistent, it is a minor inconvenience to recharge and go back to enjoying the bright light for another outing. The 400 lumens rating is believable.

It's ok.

The headlight is very bright and seems well made. Battery life is pretty short I'm my opinion with mine lasting less than 3 hours on a charge with max brightness. Tail light is actually pretty nice. Well made and has 3 modes. For the cost they should have USB-C rather than the very out dated micro-USB.

Good Features, Middling Quality

This light performs all of the necessary functions of a bike head light, but is of middling quality. It has a nice light, useful settings, and is rechargeable. The case is a little plastic-y, and the battery, I believe, is of middling capacity. Overall, this light does the job, but I cannot give it five stars.

Buena Luz, mejor que las de dudosa marca. Obvio hay más potentes pero el combo es más que suficiente para la ciudad. La Batería de la luz delantera podría durar más, pero sigue siendo un buen producto
