Perfect replacement seat for any commerical toilet

We've been using this toilet seat for a little over a year now, and it has not given us any problems. We have an insurance agency that has two bathrooms one for the men and one for the women. The men's bathroom toilet seat broke and instead of calling the plumber, I checked Amazon and found this toilet seat, it was super easy to install, it came with all the hardware, only took about 10 minutes to install.\, and it's very comfortable when I've had to use it, I've also received some other complements from the people that have had the pleasure of using the new seat, (big improvement from the broken one I guess). If we ever have any problems with the women's bathroom toilet seat I'll buy this American Standard Toilet Seat from Amazon again it's exceeded my exceptions.

Pretty much what you would see in a commercial public restroom. Solid and sturdy. Comfortable enough (I mean, you don't want people sitting on a public toilet to get TOO comfortable).

Took to long to ship. Obvious it had been returned and reshipped again. Packaging damaged. Very good quality seat.
