Meets my needs.

I found the chair seat comfortable, yet I would like to have the back taller for better support. I was disappointed that I have to unscrew the foot rest to fold it; that is not written clearly in the description. I'm very happy with the height of the chair (I got the counter height). I will use it for trade shows so when the guests come up to my table, I am looking them in the eye.

Wrong color delivered

Ordered the chair in red, it showed up in dark navy blue a few days late. Had to live with it because timelines were crunched, but boy is it frustrating to order one thing and have another appear. Other than that, the chair seems sturdy and well enough made. We'll see how it holds up!

Very nice

Sturdier chair than I expected and I weigh somewhere around 260-270

Cracked wood

I was very disappointed with the chair. Firstly, we found a large crack in the wood (see photos). Putting down the secure brackets was extremely hard to do. Took two weeks to get my item. No more available at this time. Waiting for my refund to be processed.
