In over a month - working great

I was reluctant to purchase this based on the reviews. Maybe the manufacturer has changed the material they made the netting out of since those reviews were written. I installed this over a month ago. It was a perfect fit for our system and more importantly, it has held up well. No holes, no rips, no evidence that it is going to wear prematurely. If you need this size debris net, I don't have any idea where you can find an alternative. Based on my experience I believe this should do the trick for you. One note - in my system I do have to be careful not to snag the net on the hose clamps in the box - if you snag it on those and pull I can imagine it would tear.

I was worried by some of the reviews on this item. But so far, so good. I have not had any problems with it. It fit just fine and seems sturdy. I have had it in for over a month now and no issues yet. I think it will be just fine. Just wanted to update my review. I have had this now for a year and a half and it is still in perfect condition. The one I was replacing was in really rough shape and I was concerned given some of the comments, but it was a good decision. Good product.

Pond Skimmer

This Skimmer is better than the one I had, but still doesn't bend enough to fit my pump holding tank. I love the fact the net is soft and flexible, I wish the wire frame was more bendable to fit the frame. The one I had was not bendable either, the netting was stiff. so this one is better just needs some adjusting to fit.
