These are great buy mine never came to life

I ordered these for a friend because they had some similar decorations at their house and I thought these would look nice with them. They do. They are made pretty well and the colors are nice and vibrant. I expected though that they'd come to life at some point. I followed all of the steps that I found online to animate them, but they never stirred and never spoke a word. I might have done the incantations incorrectly, so this may not be the fault of the product. Will try again and update. (These were cool, glad I ordered them.)
