These sweats feel great, are very comfortable and will keep you warm. The material is very soft. Exactly what I was looking for.

Well made sweats. Legs shrunk up about 2 inches after wash and dry. Still plenty long enough. I always order tall to allow for shrinkage. I'm 6 ft 270 lbs and like extra length in the legs, so i order the closed bottom sweats so they bunch up at the ankles. Might be to long in open bottom style at my height. Ordered three pair and all were the same length when laid on top of each other, and the waist size was also the same. Have to wait and see how durable they are and how soon they fade from washing, thus the reason for only a four star rating at this time. UPDATE 10/29/22; The former review was for 2xlt sweats. Over time they have kept shrinking in length a little more and fading. I decided to order 3xlt for a looser fit, and after washing and drying they fit as I hoped. I still weigh 270 to 275 lbs and am fine with the larger longer fit, especially when sitting. I wish the ankle openings weren't so loose, I don't have particularly big legs or ankles and they tend to slip down to my heel, but they are still well made so I have no real complaints at this time.

New and improved…

I believe these Fall/Winter 2021 Big & Tall Heavyweight sweatpants are a new and improved version of prior years’. The past few years, including last year, these sweatpants had a major shrinkage problem - mostly in the length. I’m a 5’7 woman and I had to purchase these in Tall in the past and did so again this year not realizing they were a new version. They shrank very little, so I have a pair now that I have to roll up several times to wear around the house and not trip over them. They are super soft inside still after several washings but, as with all fleece, I expect the softness to wear down over time…which is why I buy new ones every year. I think these are a bit lighter weight than prior years’ but not dramatically so. Well worth the trade-off to have the major length-shrink problem fixed. Give them a try.

toooo long

we were looking for different sweat pants from those we can buy in our local walmart - which is our only shopping option. at 6'1", he found the others shrank until they were too short so tried these. WAAAYYYY too long. Don't know if they would shrink, never got that far. he found them too uncomfortable with all that fabric bunched around his legs. So I'd say these are for those 6'5" and up!

Not all 3x fits the same

Ordered size 3x and got them the next day. They fit just right. Ordered another pair, different color, and they were way too big. Same brand, different color but way too big. How can that be?

Comfortable, but long

Ive got little nubs for legs compared to proportions of the rest of my body, so these are about 4 inches too long. That said, the seat in the pants is perfect, they are super comfortable, and the elastic on the ankle is enough so that I'm not stepping on them. For reference, my inseam is 32".
