Nice shorts but with only one pocket at the back

These are nice shorts for sports and running purposes. The 5in length is perfect since I am not too tall and the compression insert shorts are very comfortable which allow easy movement and wick the sweat away. My only concern is pockets. There is only one pocket at the rear which has a zip closure. You can't really fit anything unless its a small key or something. Otherwise, these are nice shorts and the fabric is of great quality.

Very Comfortable!

These shorts are very comfortable. They can be worn for running or for everyday use. The fabric is stretchy soft with a drawstring waistband. The compression shorts underneath are very comfortable, not too tight, and allow for ease of movement. There is a 2½ inch Columbia Montrail logo vertically down the side of one leg. The description says there is a button closure and mesh side pocket but mine don’t have either of those. For me, the one problem with these shorts is the pockets. There are no side pockets. There are two elastic pockets and one zippered pocket on the back by the waistband. You can’t fit a phone in either of these pockets. The zippered pocket has a strap with a small plastic clip on it which you could clip your keys to but the plastic clip does not look or feel very sturdy. If you don’t need side pockets or something to carry your phone in, overall these are really nice and comfortable shorts.

Plenty of stretch

Even though 5in, i didn't find these to be to short. They were quite comfortable with a nice amount of stretch. My only issue is wish had least one more pocket in the front. While it’s nice to have that back pocket not to keen on using it unless i had to with these.

Heat and moisture wicking, a little snug.

These shorts look great but are close to skin and a little tight. The interior liner is great to reduce chafing but it is close to skin. They wick heat and moisture away. The zip pocket on the back is a nice touch.

Stylish and fits true to size

Nice form and fit. It's true to size. got nice compression and is stylish. Very comfy. i wore it for basketball and it does not limit movement. Very lighweight and amazing quality!
