Beautiful, tall and sturdy

Just a great find. Gorgeous when lit in particular. As tall as a large table lamp. Excellent.

A difficult item

Pros: - This item is indeed good looking - The quality of light you get under and around the lamp is very good - easy to the eyes. Cons: - Arrived a bit beaten up - the packaging looked adequate enough to tour the world - but apparently, it needs more. It came in two pieces (the base was already connected to the main portion, and it was bent - I used tools to make it straight again and it was chipped on the connection point). - Although it looks like a table lamp, I would recommend putting it high. Otherwise you get very strong light from the open top when you walk by - when you place it, it has its limitations - the top part must be HIGHER than your eye level. - I have bought a lot of these because I move frequently. My overal feel and instict says that this is a little over-priced. But at the end, I can not complain about the price - because it's a good item. But they should also specify that it's made in China - this lamp appears on a few sites while browsing things "made in America". It's not. I'll give it 4 stars because of the quality of light around it. Very easy on the eyes. You should combine it with a natural light bulb.

tall, narrow, and stunning stained glass lamp

A beautiful lamp if you have the right spot for it! I was looking for an up-facing lamp to put on a chest of drawers that I use as a nightstand next to my bed, so the light wouldn't shine in my eyes when I read in bed, and this lamp looks absolutely stunning in front of a tall mirror. I'm very happy with the purchase and haven't had any of the problems other reviewers noted. I love the quirky style (confession: I have two of the regular-style matching table lamps in my living room on tables at each end of the couch and they are really striking, too). If you like quirky stained glass, you will love this lamp! The colors are true to the photo.

Pretty in the photograph....

Received with the main body slightly bent, and a chip the size of a dime on the base. Propped it up on one of the feet so that it would look even, but disappointing and surprising for such a pricey lamp.

Great lamp,top of shade must be @ above eye level,hence the name of "buffet lamp".

It arrived with one upper arm broken, which I have glued together and I had to change the wiring to suit Australian sockets. It looks nice now.

Beautiful lamp

II was looking for a lamp that was tall and narrow to use on a sofa table. It also had to go with a stained glass floor lamp I already had. This was the perfect thing, and it is just gorgeous! Fits perfectly where I wanted to put it.

Gorgeous Shade But Inferior Support Materials

Although it is Beautiful, it is cheaply made because one of the scroll arms was broken completely off, and part of the "bronze" base was chipped away from the rod that holds the electric cord, both breaks exposing plaster. For $202 I expected a metal lamp with bronze finish. It's only plaster with a bronze finish. The tiffany shade is gorgeous and seems to not have any flaws.
