Good but could be better

I like this H2Okinetic Shower slide bar. Now I don't think they should charge so much for this item because of all the plastic pieces. Despite that, it is Delta and they will have replaceable parts if needed. I like the spray settings and pause feature which is used all the time I wash my hair. I also like the country farm style and that this uses less water. Delta, if your reading this, please advise your production team, if it were all metal, it would please a lot of us!

Lots of work that sorta paid off

It was a lot of work to install this and there was a bit of pay off in that I did get a nice option for moving the water source in the shower. However, that source is still pretty small and that makes it a bit less optimal. Overall it is a good product, but it's a pain to install.

We like it, but it's pretty spendy for what you're getting

The reason we chose this is because we have polished nickel fixtures throughout our bathroom and needed a shower bar to match. It's difficult to find polished nickel in the style that we like (traditional/classic/antique) so this is one of few. My husband installed it himself which was no big deal (if you're fairly handy). The bar itself is nice and everything looks nice, but yes--as another reviewer said, the handheld shower head is plastic so not quite what you'd expect. For what it does, I'd say this unit is pretty overpriced. It's literally a bar and a handheld shower, and the shower only has 3 functions. The spray from the shower is nice, though! Perfect pressure on either of the two settings, and then the third is a "pause" function so you can shave or do whatever you need to do without the water running. Functionally, this set works fine--although we still have a small leaking issue where the hose connects to the wall pipe, and we've done several things to fix it; it has improved but is not completely sealed. Other than that, it's pretty and it does the job; I also really like the water pressure on the functions. A lower price would be more appropriate.

Elegant Appearance & Functions as Promised, But, the Price?

Glad I got this through the Vine, because I could never otherwise be able to afford to purchase this fine-looking tool. Would feel as if it were a better bargain if it were stainless steel, but, if so, the price would probably be in the thousands. If you want to splurge and if you appreciate art as well as function, this is the perfect choice. For me, though, it is only okay.

too much money for plastic

Delta has gone cheap do not buy any of their products all plastic for the price stick it in your ass Delta......
