Not the Quality You'd Expect from Delta

This thing feels pretty flimsy overall. The fit and finish on the actual metal is nice, but other than that the quality isn't there. The metal is hollow and light, and the metal loop attaches to the mounting point with two cheap pieces of rubbery plastic. Mine is a little bit bent which means that the actual towel loop does not sit parallel to the wall. I can also easily pull the loop out of the mounting point because the metal is so thin. Oh, and even though the instructions say that it comes with a tiny hex wrench to tighten the tiny mounting screw, mine didn't. I had a spare one kicking around my toolbox, but if you don't have a spare one then mounting this thing will involve a trip to the hardware store.

Look good

Got these for both our bathrooms to go with our Delta Nicole faucets. Easy to install and bar moves nicely, big fan.

Pretty flimsy construction

Looks good and matched the faucet and tp holder, but this towel holder is pretty flimsy. I wouldn't order it again.

Bad quality

Had my tiler install this hardware onto our brand new tile. Brackets that hold towel ring, towel bar and robe hooks are wiggly, and flimsy. Not the quality you expect from Delta. Product is cheaply made.
