Anchors are not sturdy

The anchors all busted when installing them in wall. Maybe a user error but they busted real easy. Bought some others and they worked fine.

Mounts wider than 24"

The brackets for this must be placed wider than 24" apart. I was planning to mount this over an area from which another 24" bar was mounted--the centers of its brackets were exactly 24" apart, as has been the case with other 24" bars I've had. This one requires the brackets to be more than 26" apart, which created a problem! Had to cut the bar so could mount covering the old bar's mounting holes. The bar itself is a little flimsy. But it looks nice. The brackets and mounting screws are pretty crappy, as most things are these days.

Beautiful and Sturdy

We just insalled this towel bar in our remodeled bathroom. It is of excellent quality, beautiful, and very sturdy. I will be ordering the matching towel hook next.

It holds towels!

Had purchased this for a bathroom remodel. This color and finish was hard to find locally. So far it's holding up well and it also looks great in the room.

Joint too narrow to hold the bar

Good grief, Amazon. We ordered 10 bathroom pieces and you haphazardly threw them in a huge box with one dinky air cushion. When we received it, 9 of the 10 boxes the items were packaged in were banged up and literally ripped apart as if you had thrown a wild animal in with the set. I tried to upload photos so that other customers could see what you did, but your system kept kicking them out. And good grief to Delta, too. The brushed nickel towel racks have joint holes that are too narrow for the bars to sit in. They just pop right out. Makes a nice baseball bat, but that's not what we wanted. Total fail. Will be returning these.

Solid bar for my basement bathroom
