Perfect length for this petite woman

This is my 3rd pair of Democracy Ab Solution Jeans. The other two were full length size in 4P. The length was perfect for flats, heels or boots. I wanted a pair of crop jeans for spring and summer. I’m tired of finding crop pants in regular length that I would have to shorten them. These were 6P and the length is perfect, about 4” above my ankles and just below the wide part of my calf. Mid calf is not flattering on my since mine are muscular not slender. The fabric has some stretch as well as the waistband. They are comfortable and flattering. I first got them inn 4P but they were a little snug so I exchanged them for the 6P. My others in 4P were fine size wise. I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs. the smaller size would have stretched out eventually, but I wanted them right away. Note: the fabric has some slight imperfections placed purposefully near top front of thighs for the distressed look.

I bought democracy brand jeans from Nordstrom rack a couple of years ago. I’m a jeans gal so I have a bunch of different brands. These ones by far the most comfortable pair of jeans I have and would wear them the most. They started ripping due to excess use. Unfortunately I was not able to find them in Nordstrom rack or even Nordstrom! I was so bummed. I googled and found out Amazon is also selling them. Same quality. I ordered skinny jeans and one pair in flares. Love them!! Super comfortable and they fit you so well. I don’t have shapely legs but these give me such nice curves. And from the waist, it’s very stretchy so if you have post pregnancy belly flab, it fits without making you feel uncomfortable

Love the jeans UNTIL you wash them

I love these jeans until you wash them. There must be a coating on the jeans that gets washed off. They are very sloppy looking after being washed. Wish they would fix that!

Great online jean purchase!

I am very short (4' 11") and even though I'm small in stature, the petite clothing offered everywhere seems to think that if you're petite, it means you're small all over. Not true. I have trouble finding clothes that fit me because I'm not skinny but am super short. I look for jeans that are "ankle" or cropped because that helps me with the length and proportions. But these fit me everywhere. I'm older (54) so my stomach isn't super flat and I don't like jeans that cinch at the waist. These are just great. I even feel like I could have gone down a size so I may order another pair in an 8P. I am used to altering just about every pair of jeans I buy. Not this one! It's a miracle! First time I have ever pulled on a pair of jeans I ordered sight unseen, online, and they're perfect on me.

Truer to size

I liked the pattern and when I got them they fit like a glove nice stretch to them and bonus right back after wash and very cumfeduble Size 10 for me

It is so nice to find ankle length pants for petite women. great fit! love the stretch in the denim. the elastic waist behind provides no gap fitting. so nice to have pants that don't gap at the waist. flattering fit.
