Gorgeous set

Beautiful dish set. The coffee cups are a great size. I gave 4 stars for durability and sturdiness because one of the cups came chipped. Other than that they are great. *** One week later**** I called customer service and told them about the broken mug and without question they are sipping me a replacement. The representative was also very helpful in telling me I can take a screenshot of my review to validate the 1 year warranty if I am unable to post a link to it. Very friendly, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend this set. I have put them through the dishwasher about 3 times now and no issue whatsoever!

Dinnerware set

The set arrived quickly, everything was perfect except for two of the bowls which arrived broken. I had to contact the manufacture, which took a couple days to get a reply, understandable since it was right before Thanksgiving. They said they'd take care of it, after I sent in the receipt, which I did. After that didn't hear anything else for a couple weeks then today I received two replacement bowls in perfect condition. Other than the the fact that I originally received broken items, I'm happy with these dishes. And happy with the customer service when something went wrong. I'd like to order again in the future to have a full service for 8. Hopefully without broken pieces this time.

Heavy dishes

These are awesome. If you put hot food in them they stay cool to touch. Love these dishes. Customer service awesome to deal with. Had chip in cup and replaced no issues.

Very beautiful for platings!!

Got these because of the colour and shape the purple and black complimented my decor. These plates bowls and cups hold heat very well and are very durable. They are also very modern and versatile for platings. They also came in a super thick box that kept them from breaking during delivery.

Great dishes love the square bowls!! Came packaged very well with great free warranty. Might just buy a second set

LOVE

They go with my aubergine-themed life and are great quality. There are a few spots where the glaze didn't quite reach resulting in exposed white spots but honestly they're small and hardly noticeable. Very durable.

They are beautiful

I really loved my Elama 16 piece Loft dishes set but only thing I didnt like was that there was chips gone out of the mug and a plate other then that I have no complaints
