Ultimate kitchen show

I’m the kitchen manager at a very busy restaurant. I love these shoes. Got my second pair in February. They are very comfortable and don’t stain. Lots of oil drips on these things and they wipe clean. Only reason they aren’t 5 stars is because they are really hard to put on and take off cos they are a little narrow around the ankle ball. I was lazy with the first pair and would use the opposite foot to kick the shoe off and the bottom eventually ripped off. I can see the same thing happening again but oh well. 40 bucks on sale during the holiday season and they last a year so I’m happy. Plus they look somewhat normal not like a typical old person shoe disguised as non slip kitchen ware.

Best kitchen shoes.

These are the best kitchen shoes I have been able to find in 20 years of working. Hands down. It's a shame, they seem to be out of stock everywhere. I can't find any information pertaining to discontinuing them so hopefully they will come back in stock. If not I'll need to find a new line of work.

Had them before, great shoe. But order larger than needed.

Used them for riding a motorcycle and they worked great in the past. The new pair was so small, I had to send back. But excellent shoe if you get the right size.

So it’s a great shoe but with 3 months in working as unload and load I might say it’s ok but in dusty environments the slip resistance might give in certain spots and the foam started to unstitch inside the shoe now and the outer wear on the shoe looks ok but really wished the grip was better but might be since the dust.. overall it’s an alright pair but I’ll buy from else where to see if I find something more durable

Good so far

So far so good. Pretty light. I was taking my Nikes to work and they were horrible for the job. My feet hurt for like two days. These ones however are super light and very comfortable. Good on the first day.. I would recommend buying somesort of silicone spray just to keep water out of them. =_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_= UPDATE 5 months later I received these 5 months ago and used them quite a lot. I work on the frier and spilled hot oil on them the first week. I thought they were going to rip apart because of it but they are still holding. The insole has little cushion left but it's understandable for 6 hour shifts. I would definitely keep these in mind when in need of a new pair of restaurant shoes.

Low quality leather

The shoes look good but the leather is low grade and feels rather rough to the foot. Kind of like if you wore the leather from a road kill that had been decomposed for months. Around the leather edges the dye that was used faded and the edges started to turn white. The memory foam that was used in the sole is maybe the size of quarter the entire insole should have been memory foam. For the price and the Chef's Name that is attached to this product you would expect it to be top quality however this is not the case. Emeril Lagasse failed on this one... shame on you Emeril I hold you accountable for my waisted money ????
