Worked perfect for my awkward tub spout
For some reason my bathtub has a very long pipe sticking out from the wall. It's about 5 and 1/2 in. This tub spout covered it perfectly. I removed the adapter and just screwed it directly onto the pipe. The only reason I give it four stars and not five is that the Chrome is not as bright as I would like. I definitely still recommend though

Requires a 3.5-4" copper pipe stub
The fit, finish, and overall look of this spout is as good as any general spout out there. Had it worked as I needed it to, we would have been happy to use it. However, the amount of pipe coming out of my wall was around 2.5" or so. This diverter requires closer to 4" of pipe to slide up into the assembly. When I did the research, I presumed that this short pipe nipple was unusually short, but actually this length is very common. Therefore, I feel the Amazon description should have noted the need for an exceptionally long length of pipe this somewhere in the description. Some notes: I originally thought I would just solder an additional length of pipe in order to install this spout, but to do so with conventional pieces would run the risk of the spout not sliding over the wider piece of coupling. For this reason, I had to just go with an entirely different spout. I found a "universal" style spout which includes a screw-on universal assembly instead of slip on. Solved the issue.

Quality product at a reasonable price
Quick and easy to install. Property management sent a lazy repair man to fix and replace the old faucet. He sucked and so did his work.

Set screw in the wrong position
Other posts reference this. The set screw for the spout I purchased was on the opposite side of the opening and no way to rotate. Extremely disappointing and more than a minor inconvenience. Who know’s? Perhaps this kind of attention to detail is a harbinger of deficiencies that may have surfaced once the spout was installed. I returned the spout and bought a more expensive item from a brick and mortar plumbing supply.

Worked when 3 others I tried didn't.
I had a very peculiar pipe and connection in my bathroom. None of the other spouts fit. Finally this one did.

Sent a Unit that had set screw in wrong position
I received this and the set screw was rotated 180 degrees from where it should have been. Couldn’t rotate the inside to get the set screw in an accessible location. The fact that this unit made it to me like this makes me question the quality. Getting a replacement so I guess we will see if the next one has the same issue. Super annoying.

You must have at least a 4" copper stub. This Diverter slid on easily and easy to tighten with the allen wrench that came in the package. Took less than five minutes to install and works great. I did get one at Lowe's but would not slide over the 1/2" copper pipe. Returned it.

Leaks no matter what we do. Poor design
Leaks even when we changed the o-rings. We even replaced the copper pipe (thinking old one might be out of round). We think the set screw is positioned so close to where the o-rings are that even when we lightly turned the screw (so the spout wouldn't come off when water turned on) still leaked! Very frustrating. Purchased the spout in January/21 so cannot return. I did send EZ-Flow an email hoping they had a solution but never got a response. Guess we will have to get creative on our own.
