I threw out all my old steel pans

Where have these pans been all my life? No rusting, sturdy, rolled edges, and perfect for any kind of baking. I threw out all my old steel pans and have rebought them as Fat Daddio Aluminum pans instead

Great for high deserts

I bought specifically for an entremet I make that is 3" tall and won't fit in other pans. I tried silicon but that was just too flimsy. My entremet is not baked in this pan, it's assembled cold and put in the freezer to set. I thought I needed plastic or parchment, each of which was a real pain to set in the pan and then add the layers. But I'm thinking next time to try bare and see if I can unmold okay by immersing in some hot water for just a bit. Anyway, nice heavy duty pan that works great for my entremet and should have other uses as well. This sucker can pass down for several generations too.

Good Square Pan

The media could not be loaded. We wanted to find a 7 inch deep square pan to fit inside our air fryer. We dislike cleaning the air fryer basket since it is bulky and can never get it to be completely clean. We figured putting a pan would solve our cleaning problem. We like the deepness of the pan for preventing oil splatter. It fits inside our air fryer basket perfectly. The pan is easy to clean. I did not give this 4 stars only because I noticed minor scratches around the pan. The pan came in a sealed plastic bag so I don’t believe it was used. Maybe the manufacturer scratched it while handling it. Who knows. The minor scratches did not deter us from keeping the product.

PRoduct would be perfect if it would withstand the dishwasher better. Faded. BUt I still use it.

Excellent quality bakeware

I had to replace all teflon/coated bakeware at home because of pet-parrot. This one works great, easy to wash, bakes evenly, definitely worth the investment.

I like this pan very much

It's light in weight, cleans easily, has handles to make it easier to pick up out of the oven. I bought 2 the same size & the only complaint is that the two pans don't nest.

Perfect size and bakes evenly

I had hunted high and low for 4-inch deep cake pans and am delighted with this one. The corners are smooth with no seams for cakes to stick to. It bakes evenly. I now have both the 8x8x4 square pan and the 9x4 round pan (both sizes use the same amount of cake mixture) and am perfectly set up for Christmas cakes and any other celebration/special occasion cakes I may make. The aluminium is a little thinner than I am used to but this has no impact on how well it bakes. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Best Pans Ever

I swear by Fat Daddio's cake pans. I always buy the 3-inch deep ones, which minimizes any doming in the batter as it bakes. The light-coloured aluminum helps the cakes bake evenly. BTW: Do not put these pans in the dishwasher. After you use and hand-wash them a few times, your cakes will stick less.
