Easiest Fix!

GE freezer stopped working but was still cool...called a appliance repair man that said its $375 to fix. So what i did was order the part and pop it in and it fixed it! Saved $$$ and was the easiest fix! Bu the way...the panel would show a "L" and googling a solution, nothing came up.

Great product, Easy to install yourself!!!

Item came quickly and well wrapped. I managed to get the old board out and pop the new one in without any trouble! I am NOT an electrician or appliance repair person. I have to admit, I did call a repair man to come to my home to come and FIX my freezer. When he called around for "parts" and there was nothing locally, I offered to buy the piece myself which was cheaper for me on Amazon by $50. He was going to charge me $200 for the part and $90 to put it in. Once the part came in and I saw that it was just a simple piece that snapped in, I took out the old one and popped in the new one in 5 minutes! I saved my self quite a bit of money and my freezer is back to its old glory!!!!

We lost power for 27 hours and when it was restored my freezer did not come back with the power. After doing some trouble shooting I found this product here for the best price and quickest delivery. I installed it and all is great Thank you so much

Bought an estate. the power was off for 6 -7 months. When I returned power, the unit had a continuous high temp light on. I research the model of my freezer and found that I may have had a "power surge" which caused this error. I replaced the unit and WALLAH!!!! it's working like new again.... I would recommend this unit to others. I do find the unit "over priced" commensurate to the value (15.00 - 20.00) on the electronic parts used to build this unit

Door open light

Works well now. When we first replaced the part the “door open” light was on and alarm kept going off even though the door was closed. After about 12 hours it stopped. I guess the freezer had to get back up to a certain temp before it thought the door was closed. At first I thought it was defective and Amazon was so nice and started the process to quickly send a replacement, once we realized the part was working, they were able to cancel the part replacement.
