Nice and sturdy

Using this product daily, I got the bigger one because I needed something strong to hold my pack up. My pack is sitting at 30lbs and it hangs up very well even with dynamic load of accessing the backpack and hanging my wet coat (another 11 to 14 lbs). So far no issues with buckling or bending of any kind. Also holds my 65 lb backpacking bag too. I probably could have used the smaller one but I wanted to make sure I didn't overload it with the bigger pack. Overall great product.

Very functional

I first received one of these as a gift. I have found it to be very useful when I travel or whenever I have a backpack. I no longer need to find a hook or a way to keep the backpack off the ground (In men's restrooms many are filthy and have urine on the ground). I recently traveled and used several restrooms in airports that lacked hooks in the stalls. This can also be used as a conventional carabiner. Just the other day, I was in an area that was entirely steeply sloped. If I had put my pack on the ground it would have slid or rolled. I was able to hang it using the Heroclip. Definitely saves the day! Will give it a 5 star if it holds up to hard/long use.

Important to know: HEROCLIP is now named GEARAID

I've been using HeroClips in several sizes since 2015. This is one of the best ideas ever. I've even gifted them to others. In January 2022, HeroClip (of Seattle) was acquired by Gear Aid Adventure Tools of Bellingham, Washington. The large size I just received from Amazon is branded GEARAID. Placed side by side with the previous branded HEAROCLIP models, it is identical in build quality.

Difference in sizes really jumps

Love this product, but wish there wasn't such a size disparity between the medium and the large. The difference between the small and medium in understandable, but the difference definitely jumps from medium to large.

Love this clip

So glad this arrived before my flight today. Thought it would be handy for keeping my rucksack off the floor, but have used it on 2 flights now to keep my water bottle handy and the mouthpiece from touching anything. Can't wait to get home and try the other sizes (well, I can wait b/c I'm finally going on holiers! ????)

Too useful

This thing is almost too useful. The clip is plenty big with a good springy feel, but the added hook is a little annoying to get in and out because it integrates with the clip. You have to open it to separate the hook. Feels really strong though, and doesn’t move too much.
