Good faucet but chrome is always dirty, low water flow for fill-up purposes

For long term it became a nuisance with top chrome portion constantly needing wiping to keep clean. Also water flow feels much lower than listed (2.2): it's totally fine for most usage but irritating if need it fill up something (like waterer for indoor plants for me) Otherwise, good quality and elegant look. I have been using this faucet model in several places for a number of years.

A great faucet but maybe not for children or teens

I've had this faucet for several months now. Beautifully designed and engineered. Only one complaint: you have to wipe the chrome top of the faucet every time you use it, otherwise when water drips on it, it leaves stains on the chrome. So this may not be the faucet for you if you have children, teenagers or slobs in your house -- unless you're willing to clean up after everybody. Still, very satisfied with the product.

Beautiful... but...

Beautiful faucet- very high quality, but beware: Because of duck bill design, your wet hands will drip water on top of the faucet and cause spotting unless you take the care to wipe it down every time. We do, so it's not a big deal, but in everyday use, it's something to consider.

No Drain Disclosure

When you go to put this thing in, there is no drain. So your workers have to go to Home Depot on your dime and look for a pop-up drain. I called Hansgrohe and spoke with a representative. She said that some faucets come with drains and some don't. But no indication when you are buying it. So, you are left holding your mixed nuts in your hands while your worker need to make yet another trip to find a part that should have been there. I don't know if the faucet is good or not. I will update. But the fact that I pay for and then get a product that is not ready to install makes me disappointed.
