Wish the water pressure was stronger.

This shower head is beautiful and feels great but personally, I wanted slightly more water pressure. This was my mistake, I should of got a shower head that had the jets in the middle. I didn’t realize that this was more of a smaller version of a rain shower head. Which still feels great, I kept it anyways and I am happy with it. I don’t think it is completely solid brass but it is very good quality and feels like a spa experience. I purchased from amazon a 4” arm extension and it worked out perfectly. My husband Installed it with plumbers tape and there has been no leaks what so ever, my husband is not very handy but this was very easy to install for him.

Luxury spa shower head

I first experienced this shower head in a hotel and I was very impressed given its "low flow" design. You would never now it. The shower head will comfortably "drench" you in luxury. I have had other high quality shower heads over the years, and this one is tops. Worth every penny

A soft rain and a great shower

This large shower head has good distribution and feels like abundant soft flow. I agree with other reviewers who have commented on the noisiness of this showerhead - it is a loud!

Great rainshower effect

After reading a lot of reviews of 'rainshower' shower heads, I decided to try this Hansgrohe. I've used other Hansgrohe faucets, etc for years & always found them to be: (1) very high quality, (2) durable, & (3) LIFETIME WARRANTY, (4) terrific customer service. On the few occasions I have had a Hansgrohe faucet malfunction, a quick call to customer service was rapidly answered, I got great tech advice, or if needed, they quickly shipped out a replacement part or faucet! This rainshower head is no disappointment: top quality material & construction; wonderfully soft, full "rain" shower effect that feels so great, I find I linger longer in the shower. The only slight negative is that it is a bit noisy. But for me, that's not a bother.

The large drops and loud rushing keep the world at bay

Simply a perfect shower head, but realize that it is different from conventional ones where the water is a direct stream. The aeration of the water does two wonderful things: the water stream is somehow fatter for each jet, and when the shower is running, it makes a rushing sounds such that it drowns out the outside world. I appreciate the relaxation of a shower that drown out the outside world, so it's perfect in that respect. The design is simple, elegant, larger than regular small shower heads but also not as huge as some rainshower heads. It will fit as a replacement head in most showers. We have owned one of these for three years and it still runs great: none of the emitters has ever clogged. I replaced all of our shower heads with these, and even the kids love having one in their bathroom since the water is much more gentle than a direct spray shower.

The best shower head period!

This is actually my third one. I had two at my old house I sold. This time I went from the three position head to the single. I never used the other settings. I had tried about eight different shower heads in the past. A powerful stream with a lot of jets is hard to find. Mixing air with the water gives the power with having a ton of holes. I love this line of shower heads. They are worth every penny.

Hansgrohe has excellent customer service...talk to Vanessa

My showerhead arrived and I was not satisfied with it's water flow capability. I tried to solve this issue by removing the water restrictor which caused the unit to become unusable; my fault of course but still.... I attempted to remedy this situation with Hansgrohe customer service and had much difficulty with the agent I initially dealt with. My case came to the attention of a customer service supervisor who ended up resolving this to my complete satisfaction. I am now back in the Hansgrohe family and very appreciative of the courtesy and attention I was shown.

The worst used

To be fair I got this one in used condition to save a few buks.. This sprayed everywhere but in the shower!! Plus the inside screen was dirty! Uhh for 100$ it should be clean and usable! Don’t buy used it’s not worth saving 50$ … Returned the day I got it
