Got talked into buying this low quality product. After 3 months, with minimal use, the area between the hose and the head is spraying water. To the products defense, the hose is a bit short and probably it was pulled a few times. However, it still was not good quality when I took it out of the box. Now I need to buy a new set and have someone install it.

Works well

I installed this into my shower and I have mixed feelings. This is a boujie fixture and it matches my main showerhead by the same brand. I don't want to be unfair so I should say I've never once been in the rain and felt the urge to grab my shampoo, but apparently someone did and invented this rainfall nonsense. One thing I have learned is that I prefer my showers hot with sand-blasting water pressure. THIS is not THAT. Rainfall is legit gentle kisses of water oh so gentle and soft and slow and light as a feather. That may work for a lot of folks, but that does not work for me. I think rainfall utterly sucks. The main showerhead was stuck right back in it's boujie box (and not included with the handheld part) and my sandblasting Delta is back in it's place. But this attachment has 1 saving grace - it has 2 settings. Soft, kissy rainfall and decent pressure for getting business done. My husband likes the options for reasons unknown (and I think it's because its a hassle to remove now that it's installed), but when I use it, it's on the decent pressure setting. Installation was fairly straightforward, I think he may have had to drill a new hole into the tile because the bar may have been a smidge smaller than our Delta, but it was up and spraying in about 20 minutes. Again we already had existing plumbing for this, he just swapped this in. Anyway, I give this 4 stars not because I like it, but it works as advertised and it gives the experience that it says it does. Its not their fault I hate that experience.

Plastic hose makes it look cheap

I was hoping to use this in a shower remodel but was surprised at just how stiff and plastic looking the hose to the shower was. It instantly makes the entire unit seem cheap. Besides, the sprays are not ideal. If you are used to multiple spray head options and having a shut off in the handle of the spray head (for bathing dogs and young children) this shower head is pretty basic. It has the nice Chrome look that I love and the slider for the height adjustment is smooth but I think there are much better options out there from hansgrohe as well as other manufacturers.

Nice looking wallbar set but can't adjust the direction of the spray.

Nice looking wallbar set. Was easy to install. Shower head holder slides up and down pole easily, but you cannot adjust the right side of the holder that holds the shower head. It sprays in a more horizontal direction. Will work for bathtub I think, but we have a small shower stall, and the water hits the shower door, instead down toward the ground. The hose is very flexible and easy to use. I do like the two settings for spray. One is more like a rain shower setting and the other a harder spray. If possible, I would buy one where you can rotate the shower head. We had to buy a Waterproof Shower Head Holder that was adjustable.

Nice, sturdy and easy to use. It's a little bit "nothing special" but like, not totally in a bad way. It's good, i'd recommend it
