Helly-Hansen Men's Dubliner Waterproof Breathable Insulated Long Hooded Jacket

This is a light weight coat with a lot of technical details that make it a warm coat that can be worn on pretty cold days. Say 20-30 degree days. And, of course, it can be worn on days in the 40's also. It feels very light when it is being worn. Classy is the word. The pockets, like the pockets on many other outer coats, are a little small, but are adequate. The zipper is very nice. It is heavy, and zips from the bottom and top, so you can keep cool when the temperature is a little high for really warm coats. You will need a pair of ski pants, or long-johns, when the temperature drops below the 40's. Get the right size and you can put your hands inside the sleeves. All in all, this coat will last a long time, and will always give you a great feeling of luxury. The extra dollars are worth it.

Awful zipper and customer service

Zipper broke second time I tried to wear - cheaply made - coat itself is excellent so makes no sense why such a poor quality zipper used (other than corner-cutting). Could even deal with that, but customer service is Byzantine at best...Amazon directs you to company's website, which in turn only works if you ordered through the company! And isn't manned Friday-Sunday...and the AI chat is (as almost all are) worthless and non-responsive. Also, if you purchase something in advance - won't work here - they only give you 90 days to return (so, as in this case, if you purchase in advance of something anticipated - eg cold winter weather - then don't have need to use until after 90 days...out of luck), and you have to return with all original tags on and never have worn. Shame - as stated, the coat itself is nice...but a winter garment kinda needs to have a functional zipper.

Expédition mauvaise geandeur

J’ai commandé un premier manteau qui était trop grand. J’ai demandé un retour et on m’a ré-expédié la même grandeur. Bien que sur le sac il était inscrit la bonne grandeur le nouveau manteau sur l’étiquette était inscrit la grandeur précédente et il était trop grand. J’ai retourné les deux. Et abandonné l’achat. Je suis déçu car si j’avais eu la bonne grandeur il serait parfait. Donc mauvaise expérience pour les retours

Taglie grandi

Buoni materiali ma le taglie sono inaffidabili, sono 1,78 x 80 kg ho preso misura L ma e' enorme. Inoltre una coulisse interna in vita lo renderebbe più conformato, la forma e' praticamente a "Sacco".

Item was mislabelled twice with wrong size

Inside label size L/G, affixed label shows XL/TG as does plastic cover. Mis-size is only apparent when actual jacket is unzipped. No fault of shipper but now I have to pay €30 to return jacket.
