Fun Dog engage toy

I loved that I could engage my yellow lab into fun play with this. She also liked to chew on it. For that reason it didn’t last a month. I give one star less for that I thought it should be stronger rubber. I will Need to find stronger rubber for large dogs. This is probably fine for a smaller non-chew habit dog.

Durability of JW rings

I have purchased these rings from stores before and they were exceptionally durable however these that were purchased during a sale before Christmas did not last. They were easily destroyed by not only my 8 month old pup but others that I gifted them to. Disappointed because JW has always been my go to brand for my dogs.

My dogs love this tug toy

My two dogs LOVE to play with this toy, with each other or with us, they play tug of war for hours. The problem is the toy eventually breaks ( the GSD is 100lbs the CBR is 80lbs) I don't know if it is because their teeth make week spots on the joints or it fails under the force, but they have broken at least 3 other of these toys, but they get months of fun out of each toy before it breaks.

Great toy, as long as dog is NOT ALLOWED to chew on it

Let me start by saying that I like this dog toy. My big dog LOVES tugging with it. As long as you keep away when the dog is in a chewing mood, it lasts a long time (my 1st one lasted a year), however, it WILL NOT last if the dog chews on it, as I found out with this one. A friends dog chewed on it while she was behind a snow mound (mostly out of our sight) when it was only a week old. One end ring was barely holding together when we discovered her chewing it. Fortunately it was an end ring, so I still have 2 connected rings for tugging with. It is a great tug toy! But it is also a TERRIBLE chew toy, so make sure to take it away when your dog starts to chew on it and it will give you long service.

Best purchase so far for my chewing pup

This is the only you he hasn’t chewed up in an hour It’s still holding strong and keeps him quite busy. When he’s not chewing it, he likes to play tug of war with it, which is nice because it’s strong enough to hold (his other tug of war touts broke) and it keeps my hand fat enough away from his mouth that he doesn’t accidentally get me. Would buy again and again. Highly recommend

Great durable dog toy!!

We have a medium-sized dog (45 lb mixed Aussie/Hound) who is a pretty aggressive chewer. He also loves playing tug-of-war with his canine and human siblings using these rings. This is easily his favorite toy. We bought one a little over a year ago that he plays with daily. If finally broke this December just in time to buy a replacement for Christmas! The prior one finally broke when the middle ring came apart at one of the thinner rubber points. He still plays with the intact outer rings as well as his new toy. I wanted to dock this 1/2 star for a few reasons: 1) it is not completely invincible, although I would argue a toy that lasts over a year with pretty constant play for an $11 price tag is a great value. 2) the one we received is not yellow/black. It is blue/green. I was personally thrilled it was blue/green because it ended up being an exact replacement of the one we had previously. However the description does not say "colors vary" and it was hard for me to tell when ordering if I was ordering the correct replacement toy. A clearer description would be appreciated. 3) This is a great toy for one dog, but our other dobbie/cattle dog mix has no interest in them. So not all dogs will love this toy (obviously). 4.5 stars isn't an option so I'm giving this 5 stars because it's just about as close to a perfect dog toy as one can buy (at least for our dog).

Invincible - wrong adjective!

Delivered this morning, saw the recesses and notches in each ring and thought 'uh oh'... gave it to my Staffy (who is actually quite a careful, retiring little girl) and the photo will show what happened after only ten minutes. Disappointed as we have a JW ball that's lasted forever and now my hunt for a similar toy continues.. Have binned it, obviously. Have had to give this one star as I couldn't post the review without one ???

Not tough at all .. waste of money

The description makes out as as if its good for large breeds. Within a few minutes of my dog playing and tugging! Not impressed, waste of money.

Fantastic tugger toy

So happy I could get this product. Our labrador loves this, it was bought to replace identical toy purchased 7 years ago that has only just broken. Great value for money, incredibly tough as our dog loves to chew and tug. He weighs 30kgs and is regularly tugged around with this which he loves.
