Looks Great But Has Issues - Update

Looks very nice but after a few months the spray function started to stick between the two settings. I could see if this was a $50 faucet but at $200 it should work properly for more than 2 months. I don't see this lasting for more than a year. UPDATE: Even though I never registered the faucet and tossed the box with the warranty information; I was able to call Kraus and within minutes they shipped out a new spray head at no cost. I upgraded this review from 2 stars to 4 based on the awesome customer service and their willingness to fix the issue without making it a burdensome hassle.

Sprayer nozzle won't stay into faucet

The sprayer nozzle constantly slips out with gravity and won't stay tucked into the main faucet. Looks awful Update: Krause offered a solution that appears to be working therefore upgrading this to a 4 star

Love the touch feature

We had other faucets that used the light and had issues. This one you touch on and off and works great. The brass color is beautiful and no water spots. Looks great.

Sprayer

It has already messed up. The pull faucet will no longer pull back up inside on its own. I now have to push it in.

Very easy to install. The sprayer doesn't always switch back all the way to full stream, but still works great and very stylish.

I love this faucet

Faucet is just right for my kitchen. The pull down feature is used everyday. The flow adjustment is a little finicky to get a medium stream of water. And I keep forgetting which direction is hot/cold. But I live the brushed nickel. It does not show water splashes. Wipes clean easily. The tap function is great. There’s a tiny delay when tapping off. But I’m used to it already. I would recommend this faucet. My contractor said it was a little tricky installing but not terrible. The sale price was great!! Hundreds less than similar faucet by other brand names

Sleek and it’s sturdy

It’s a beautiful tap. Easy to install and it doesn’t leak or malfunction. The weight to retract the nozzle is great. It’s easy to clean and everything feels very smooth and nice. My only criticism is that for the price, the housing of the retractable/pull out nozzle shouldn’t be plastic and instead be the same metal as the main tap. I had some issues registering the warranty on the website but the customer service department was able to help no problem. Thanks Kraus!

Good so far

Good product so far. Has been installed for about a week now and no issues yet. Install was mostly good except for the weight that gets attached below. It's very tough to click in. Took some effort but I finally got it. No complaints otherwise.

Tap function doesn't work and color is wrong

The tap function doesn't work. And the whole point of this more expensive faucet is the tap function. And the color doesn't match at all the picture. Almost looks grey rather than gold.

It's alright

Been using it for about 3 months now, still works but I can't see it to be top shape for an other year or more. Starting to feel ''less sturdy'' , the head with 2 fonction leaks a bit when you change it.
