Awful wig. Looks fake and has giant bald spots

I’m not sure how they can get away with writing that their wigs are “thicker and fuller” when there is literally a 2 inch gap in between the wefts that can be seen and felt, but the problem is that it can be seen from far away. It is absolutely the worst feeling wig I have ever gotten. It has a weird texture almost like fine grit sandpaper and the wig cap is just completely unstructured so it just flops around on your head. There are no combs. Even tightening it it is still humongous. There is also a giant line where it is sewn so that the hair sticks up & It is very uncomfortable and also very noticeable. I am just really, really disgusted with how this wig is. I can’t believe they are charging this much for something that looks like I tried to make it myself.
