Looks great, but received with broken glove and now I can't message seller to buy replacement part?

Over all this product looks great. Just need to know how to buy replacement globes because I received with a globe broken.

Looks great in my dining area!

I love the look of this light. Finding bulbs was more of a challenge than I thought it would be so I ended up ordering them from Amazon since I couldn't find sizes on the boxes at the stores. My electrician was able to hang and hook this up easily but ran into trouble when it came to getting it to hang straight and not at a slant. He had to work with some of the links in the chains to make it work. I've received a TON of compliments on this!

Received broken, otherwise it looks nice

Gifted this to my wife as a Christmas present. While getting it assembled prior to installation I noticed it was broken. I made my own bracket to fix it out of some steel metal I had. Other than the poor assembly from the factory that caused the beam to be loose (the beam that supports the entire weight of the chandelier, by the way), it is a nice product and will look great installed in our kitchen.

Then light looks great installed. We are pleased with how it turned out. It’s. A beautiful light and gave us the look we were looking for after remodeling our kitchen. It was easy to install, however, it wasn’t even once we got it up. One side leaned longer than the other because the links in the chain weren’t all the same size. My husband had to squeeze some of them with pliers to lengthen the shorter side. Thai worked great and we were able to even it out.

As part of our kitchen remodel, I knew what I was looking for and finally found it with this light. I was a little concerned that the vaulted ceiling might pose a problem but it looks great! We are very happy with it!
