This product comes out of the box level and true 48 hours later it’s wobbling of course, now this means it will not turn as planned the water passing under it and it being out of true turn hit and miss hit and miss this is what you can expect

Just what I needed

This was the exact size needed, and was delivered quickly. Actually I found out I don’t really need it, the one I had was fine and the discoloration on it was an indication that beneficial bacteria are in place and doing their job. But now I have a spare, just in case I need it later.

INACCURATE SIZE

The only size given is the size of the bag and not just the filter. so, there was no way to tell that the filter itself was too large until the package arrived.. I am so disappointed.

I had to get a replacement bio wheel because the first one I bought didn't spin. I bought the replacement bio-wheel from Amazon and this one spins.

Great replacement for slow spinning Bio Wheel

Fits perfectly in the Penguin 100. Manufacturer recommends replacing yearly. Replacing it made a world of difference in the speed of rotation and flow of water. The old one had gotten slow at spinning and was causing the flow of water to slow down. After replacing the filter is running at full speed!
