Its so Big!

I've never in my life owned a cooking pot of this size and I love it! There's so much room for huge batches of soup, whole artichokes, ears of corn, and being able to make enough for 30 people all in one pot. I'm impressed with the quality of this pot, even though its hand wash only, it has still been super easy to clean after each use. So far the Enamel on Steel surface has held up excellently. In my cooking I only use plastic/rubber/nylon utensils so I'm not sure of the durability with metal cooking utensils, but otherwise no scratches to be seen. When I received this pot I did notice tiny imperfections in one area of the enamel glaze (it looked like maybe a few bubbles) but they haven't seemed to effect the durability or integrity of the pot, so at this pot I'm not worried about them. In our home this pot has been put to use on our glasstop/electric stove and has done really well on that surface. I haven't tried it in the oven yet, though I'm really excited about the 450 degree capabilities. I will be finding a recipe that requires oven use so I can see how it goes! The metal handle on the lid isn't my favorite as it gets warm with covered cooking as any metal handle would, but that's easily fixed by using a potholder when necessary. My husband specifically has enjoyed this pot for cooking whole artichokes without having to use multiple pots, none of my previous pots have been large enough to accomplish this. I'm also really excited to put this giant 12-Quart pot to use during the up coming canning season as my family home cans each year. As far as price point is concerned, I really feel like its a fair price. Comparing to the big department store prices coupled with the Martha Stewart Thayer brand, this pot is priced really well as it should be.

Pretty blue pot heats up quickly

This is a good quality enamel on steel pot that I got it to replace an aluminum pot because I am getting an induction stove. Compared to my old pot, this one is taller and narrower. Thus, it is narrower than my largest burner and because I’m not supposed to use it with part of the burner exposed, I have to use it on a smaller burner. Nevertheless, it still heated quickly and maintained heat well. I was cooking pasta and once I added it to the pot, I noticed that the water got back to the boiling point quickly. I’m not sure if that warning about the burner size is because of how the pot will work or is just a generic safely precaution for the cook. I like the ‘Martha Stewart blue color’ on the outside. The inside enamel is white, and you’re supposed to be careful about cleaning stains with harsh ingredients or scrubbers, but it did come with tips for how to remove stains without damaging the enamel. Wash by hand, but I like that the pot is oven safe. It’s a lightweight pot for its size and I’m happy to have it.

So pretty and huge!

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful, huge pot! Ive wanted one, saw this and it matches our kitchen so I ordered it. Being a Martha Stewart by Gibson I was hoping for a better quality. It arrived and I love it! It's light in weight, and the color is really nice. The handles however were really sticky and dirty. While taking the plastic wrap off I noticed the inside of the handles are not sealed correctly. Littles gaps and hole in the paint coating. I'm hoping it doesn't affect the pot or lead to rust. I had another pot with similar issues that ended up rusting within a few months. Luckily the paper says this company provides a warranty so it makes me feel better about the pot. Still wish they'd put more effort into making things with quality and not focus on quantity.

Large capacity and beautiful

This is the largest stock pot I have ever bought! It has a beautiful enamel surface, is easy to clean, and the stockpot heats up quickly, making it perfect for soups for large families. Love it, recommend it to friends, hope my friends will like it too!

Beautiful color, wonderful quality, extra large size is perfect!!

This pot is a beautiful sea foam color..and the quality is top notch for sure! I ordered the larger size which does not include a strainer, but I bought it for large-family Italian marinara sauces as well as soups..things I tend to cook for hours and hours and need an extra large pot which has even cooking on our induction stove top. This pot checks every box and looks beautiful to boot! Only “downside” is that it must be hand washed. I will only know after many times cooking marinara sauces whether the inside white ceramic coating will remain its current state of perfectly eggshell white, but I am hopeful. It also does not want to be scrubbed with anything abrasive (it is ceramic coated after all), so cleaning it in the dishwasher I imagine will be the one thing I would change if I could. But the price is excellent for this level of quality and I will be looking to buy the other pots and pans in this Martha Stewart line! Highly recommend for anyone needing a large pot that works with induction cooking stove tops.

Obsessed with this pot!

If you are someone who loves cooking you will love this pot for your kitchen! I love the color it’s super appealing and bright. The size of the pot is a lot bigger than I thought it would be which is a plus. It’s not to heavy and when I cook in it it doesn’t burn or have food stick to the bottom like other pots and pans do.

Love it

This pot is amazing. I really mean it. It's an impressive size and I love the enamel on steel finish which makes it a little easier to clean. I don't use a stock pot super often but it's so nice to have a decent one when I need it and it seems to transfer the heat on the stove really well. Also, oven safe?! Score! It is super easy to move around because it's very lightweight but it's still a sturdy piece. The paint on mine was perfect so maybe it's just a gamble in that respect but honestly I'm not sure how much of a difference it really makes. I'd still be happy with it if the paint wasn't perfect. Anyways, highly recommend this stock pot! It's a great addition to any kitchen
