Great for back rubs, but I don't believe it can help with cellulite
This is a fun way to work the kinks out of my neck and lower back. It almost works in the shoulder blade area, but having someone else work the roller would maximize the effectiveness of this tool. Thirty years ago I got a wooden massage roller with long straps and handles. It works much better for reaching the mid-back all by yourself. It's also well made and has stood the test of time. This roller is a very lightweight plastic. It's ok, but not the best quality. Also, the spikes could be bigger and dig deeper. How many rolls would it take, for how many weeks, to reduce cellulite? I gave up trying after three days. Maybe I should persist, but I will wait and see if anyone else reports any progress with this.

Cheap personal massage roller
I'm pretty skeptical that this would have any effect in reducing cellulite. At best it's a personal massage stick with six independent rollers that might help loosen up some sore muscles. It's pretty cheap at $16, so that's a big plus. If you think you might benefit from it then it's a pretty easy sell. I feel like it's pretty well constructed. It might be a little tough to get it at certain angles, but it's light weight enough that it's more possible than other things. Really it might be best to have someone else assist you with that part.

An excellent and easy to use personal complete body massage roller. I love it.
Even though I am well into my senior years I still do intense workouts 6 days a week. This, of course, sometimes produces sore muscles. I have used various kinds of personal massage units over the years and when I saw this one on the Amazon Vine program (Mind Reader Roller cellulite, deep tissue massage stick for sore muscles, blue 6 rollers, 6 GRSTICK, 14 inches long)) I sent for it. The quick delivery service was impressive. I like the color (blue) and how simple it is to use with the strong grip portion. As soon as I received it I began using it, massaging my calf, front and rear thighs, stomach area, left and right sides, arms, shoulders and upper back with it. If you have a friend or partner you work out with they can also use this massager on your entire back area. I gave myself a good 20 minute massage and it felt fantastic. The large textured 6 rollers are wonderful for deep massages. This massager also came with a short brief instruction sheet showing some massage points. I now use this great personal massager after my regular intense workouts and I love it. If you are seeking a good and easy to use personal massage stick you should check out this Mind Reader deep tissue stick for sore muscles. Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Helping me with a lymphatic growth...
I have a medically documented serious circulation problem because my iliac vein is sandwiched at my L5 vertebrae. This means that I have really poor circulation from my leg and lower organs back to my heart and lungs. I have that elephant leg :-( This stagnation means I develop really funky growths at times. One just above my knee has been bothering me a few years. I've been using this roller on my thighs, focusing extra attention on that extra blob of hardened tissue. I can't report that it's gone however it hasn't grown larger which it had been before I started. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get rid of it, but slowing or halting it's growth is definitely on the plus side. I've been at this a few months now, hopefully continuing to roll out the stagnation will continue to have good results. This roller is easy to use and doesn't hurt as much as some of the "spiky" type rollers.

This works great as a deep tissue massage stick - it has a LITTLE side-to-side motion, but if you're pressing down hard as intended, it doesn't really come up as an issue. Grips are easy to hold and easy to use.

Love Using!
I really like using this to relax sore muscles from stress or exercise. Easy to use. Stays in grip. Let you adjust the pressure. I often use after the sauna, or right after a shower. I haven't been using long, so no noticeable reduction in cellulite, but I am hoping!

Works Well on Fatigued After Workout Muscles.
This roller is about the size of an actual baking rolling pin, but works much better. I got this for my teen daughter to use on her muscles after a workout. She seems to like it and thinks it works better than her other roller, which was an actual rolling pin. The knobby rolling sections can roll independently and they're made of hard plastic so as not to grip.
