got it only to find this was just the out trim for the control valve

DON'T BUY THIS UNLESS YOU ONLY NEED THE TRIM KIT!!!!!

Looks like they spent a minute copy and pasting info into the description without even looking at what's included. They clearly note that that this item does not include the positemp control valve--no problem. But it fails to mention that it also DOES NOT INCLUDE the transfer valve (for the other handle). Even worse it's almost impossible to find the part # for the valve that's needed. The box you get is a cannibalized full unit where shipper pulls out what part it figures you shouldn't have but leaves the instruction manual for this missing part. The manual doesn't even mention the part # and only serves to frustrate you with pictures of stuff that missing. All they have to do is list the additional needed valve on the item description to save themselves all the return hassles. By the way this is the second unit I got after spending an hour with Amazon support trying to figure out the problem. So now I'll be returning two units plus the control valve which I had to order and order what appears to be a complete unit for less than what all the independent parts cost all together. By the way, it's not in the description nor the picture but this unit comes with a shower head (along with the pictured hand shower). The shower head and handshower pieces are apparently the only thing that makes these units "eco performance" since the everything else is identical.
