Brushed Nickel or Polished Nickel?

On the left is Moen 82137SRN (Brushed Nickel 'Graeden') set that I bought one month ago. On the right is (also Moen) T4611BN (Brushed Nickel 'Voss') that I recently received. They are not the same color/finish. I don't know if 'SRN' does not mean Brushed Nickel ... but both of these are Moen and both say 'Brushed Nickel' on the box ... but they don't match. The Voss one is closer to 'silver' or light gray while the Graeden one is a darker gray. If anyone (Moen? Supplier? Seller?) can confirm, the Voss one is stamped "00158789". I couldn't find that model number anywhere on Moen's website. Also - and the reason I'll be returning this item - the handle sticks out from the wall plate too far and does not fit snugly onto the cartridge stem. It looks and feels absurd. The original handle doesn't look as fancy but it fits properly.

Matches Moen Voss line of fixtures

This is a diverter valve, so it does not control water temperature. But it does function well as a diverter. We use it to alternate water from a handheld shower head to an overhead rain shower head. It works smoothly and flawlessly. It also matches the other Moen Voss products in our master bath (faucets, light fixtures, towel racks, grab bars, etc.).

This item did not fit my needs.

This trim kit did NOT fit over the installed Moen valve in my master bathroom remodel. I have to return it and try another item.

Elegant with quality!

We have a different shower head (I'd rather have one that works well than one for "looks" since I haven't found both in the same package) and wanted a Moen handle in oil rubbed bronze to match everything else. I found it for the best price here on Amazon! Moen is great quality and I love the fact that you only have to change a cartridge if something goes bad. No changing valves or sweating joints with Moen... Anyway, this handle is heavy (good quality heavy) and the finish is very pretty. Moen is even thoughtful enough to make it so that you can retrofit an older valve set to a newer style handle (with an adapter kit.) Many manufacturers don't provide this option. It is easy to install and should hold up nicely. Had a great experience with the seller as well! Thank you!

Easy to install

We needed this due to re-tiling our shower. It worked perfect, matched up with the valve as described. It was easy to install and there were no issues.

Once I figured it out it was great. I just wish when I have both heads on I would get a little more pressure.

HORRIBLE

Where did this product even come from? This product in for any of the Moen valves that I bought I even took it to Lowe’s to try all the valves that they had in stock and carried online and nothing was even close to compatible with his product. Obviously I returned it.

How to exchange for correct part?

We are finishing up a bathroom remodel and need to exchange this new valve trim for another model number. Can I do that?
