Comfortable and sturdy

Nice looking, comfortable and sturdy pants. Good for the trail as well as walking around in the city. The little zipped pocket is good to make sure keys or cards make it back home with you at the end of a day.

Just OK--better if you buy knowing the limits

It's true. The front pockets are VERY small. My phone will push up in them and, at times, nearly come out when I sit down. The back pockets are sized more normally. I was surprised that other reviews (which mention the pocket problem) don't mention that the legs are tapered. They are not a slim fit per se, but this pant is notably smaller in the calf and ankles than the Columbia ROC, for instance. The rise in the pants is about the same as the ROC, though. (They're not lower rise, "short waisted.") I bought a size larger because of a great price and that worked out as the pants seem a little tighter cut overall than the ROC. The water resistance seems fine and that's why I tried these pants. The small front pockets will be offset by those on my lightweight rain jacket when I'm wearing the pants (and the couple of items that are in the front pockets normally will go in my desk drawer when I'm at work on a rainy day). These won't be the walking pants that I hoped, though, between the pockets and cut.

Very Comfortable

A good one for daily use, a litte narrow on legs but still comfortable!

Runs Small

I'm always a fan of Columbia and loved the shade of green, but these ran way too small for whatever reason. I also didn't care for the 5th pocket's zipper. It protrudes outward and is susceptible to snag on other fabrics. It doesn't sit flush and can't be hidden away.

Poor quality and ripped off on return!

The pants were horrible quality. They aren’t anything like the pictured pants, but a cheap knock off. I returned them, got shipping confirmation, but the vendor claimed it was never returned and I was still charged. What a scam! Do not buy from this company! And no way to protest it.

What are these, pants for ants?

As another reviewer mentioned, the pockets are tiny. Other than that the pants are comfortable and fit well, but the pockets are a deal-breaker for me.

Larger guy. Larger fit - temendous fit! Well proportioned. Move where I move, with ease. Fits like a glove.
