It's a can opener.

Very comfortable to hold. Sometimes it even works. Very thin metal. The cheaper model is more dependable.

My can opener didn't last 3 months

I really liked this can opener when I got it. It was easy to use. It's just been 3 months since I purchased and and the round gear just stopped turning. It's been taken care of and not misused. I'm very disappointed in the length of time it lasted. After the amount of time, I don't think I can return or replace it.

Good tool

I bought this unit to replace one which broke. The new model has a modification to the part which failed, and I suspect that it will be more durable. The benefit to this device is the removal of can lids without creating a sharp dangerous lid. It is a little tricky to engage the can to be opened, but the advantages outweigh the trouble. I do recommend it.

Not the Brand You're Looking For

Absolute garbage. I bought this because I have other products from this brand which were ok. But this device was useless right out of the package. It does not grip long enough to open any can. The fat handles keep it from properly closing enough to pierce most cans. If you do get it started it always loses grip after the slightest crank. My purchase now rests in a landfill somewhere. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Don't let the brand name give you confidence on this particular product.

Worked well for 5-6 months...

I bought this back in September of 2020 and it worked great until a few days ago. It started taking several rotations around the can to get the lid fully off. Eventually it got to the point that part of the lid was still attached but I could pry it up enough to get the contents out. Now I get it to open a can at all. I used it once or twice a day, every day to open cat food cans and that was its sole purpose. It was easy to use and worked well while it lasted but I’m tired of buying junk that doesn’t last and is doomed to be in a landfill in a few months.
