A cut above

Running on an OLD (West Germany) Stihl 024 Woodboss (the smallest rear-handle Pro saw Stihl ever made?). Stock sprocket count, 18" Oregon SpeedCut, .050" gauge. This combo just plain cuts. Rips through soft junk wood and old oak. I haven't run it long enough for a full assessment of longevity, but dropping down to a .050" setup was great.

Dont worry about Ireland

Skeptical about buying a low cost chain from Ireland, but fast delivery of a brand new Oregon at a super competitive price. Idiot proof...as tested by me!

The item was delayed due to postal problems in Ireland but it did eventually arrive. To their credit - the seller had already refunded my purchase.

Aggressive chain that dulls fairly fast on raw wood

I ordered 2 chains and received one 20LPX074 and the second with the number 20LPX074G. packages look totally different. I did not know what the G was and if it is a different chain, had to contact Oregon to find out. Apparently they are the same. Why not include that information when they are sent.

Price was right quality was not

Chain was OK but got very dull in after only a few cuts. Not good quality material.

Wrong chain

The chain inside the package did not correspond to the specs on the package, I.e. the original chain had been removed and a completely different chain had been substituted.
