Cracked!

I was hoping I wouldn’t be another unlucky customer receiving a cracked frame but it happened. I used this for first anniversary pictures and didn’t have time to replace it. The crack looked so bad I got creative to cover it with something. So disappointed. Do better with packaging as bubble wrap or something is clearly needed. Second anniversary item from Amazon that was a mess so these are my first bad reviews

NO INK PAD NO SHEETS included!!

They advertised that this product came with ink pad and sheets to imprint baby hand and foot. There is NO INK PAD or NO SHEETS They delayed shipping multiple times

Super cute frame!! Looks great with my boys photos inside. Love it!!! Nicely made. Unfortunately did have a chip in it because it was shipped with no padding in a plastic bag.

Poor quality control

Returned this item 4 times before receiving the fifth frame that finally didn’t have any dings/dents/scratches on it. Wouldn’t have considered buying this or going through so many returns if I didn’t have the picture frame for my first born. Wanted matching frames for two kids but will not be purchasing other products from this seller as they are very cheap plastic frames and quality control is not something this company pays attention too.
