Continuously sent the wrong size!!

The product is nice and looks like the picture, but I ordered an XS and and XL came. Absolutely no way it is going to fit my dog, so I started a refund and meanwhile went and bought another XS, ANOTHER XL CAME! This is ridiculous and I'm hoping they do something to fix my problem.
