Beautiful contemporary craftsman style chandelier

This hanging craftsman style chandelier was perfect to use in my great room, complementing my black wrought iron cabinet knobs, wrought iron lighting fixtures, and black framed contemporary artwork. It is seen when entering our front door and adds drama to our contemporary farmhouse/craftsman style interior. It was fairly easy for husband and myself to install.

Just remodeled my kitchen/dining room and this piece was perfect. Adjustable height, look perfect over a table set for 6. Easy to install!

Nice chandelier but has manufacturing faults

Very nice-looking chandelier for over the dining table. However I noticed two manufacturing faults after electrician had hung the item. First, the chandelier didn't hang flat/completely horizontal with the floor (i.e., it had a slight tilt when seen walking into the room) and the design of the hanging rods did not allow for this to be corrected. Second, one of the six lighting "arms" was welded at an incorrect angle (i.e., not at 90 degrees) to the crossbar. In correspondence with the manufacturer, it suggested this was due to damage incurred while in transit, however there was no damage to the shipping outer. Amazon subsequently shipped a replacement chandelier. Unfortunately the same lighting arm had been not been correctly welded to the crossbar (i.e., it had the same bent angle) and there was no damage to the carton. I didn't bother to fully remove the chandelier from the carton to confirm if it also had the hanging fault. With 2 out of ~10 items in stock with the same welding fault, I will return it for a full refund.

Missing half of the frame

We received our fixture only to discover it was missing the entire bottom frame piece and therefore cannot be assembled or used. Really disappointed especially when taking into consideration the price for this fixture. I understand a missing screw every now and then but one would expect to get all of the frame pieces, at the very least.
