Steal deal

This product was a life saver! I went to Home Depot and this product wasn’t even available. I was reluctant to try at first due to not knowing the actual size of the pins. However, these fit perfectly for my sons bunk bed! I feel so much better knowing it’s safe and secure.

2nd hand bunk beds

Picked these up for some bunk bed frames we got from a local college dorm. These worked perfect to bunk the beds and keep them stable. Real heavy steal and feels safe.

Perfect for a spring cap tool for removing a muzzle brake on a 1911 pistol.

A 3", 3/8th inches wide steel bar has a lot of practical applications. I was looking for s small piece of steel in the listed dimensions to act as a muzzle brake removal tool for a 1911 pistol. The width and size is perfect to place on top of and push down on the spring cap, in order to twist a full muzzle brake (Valkyrie industries) off of the muzzle of a 1911 pistol (or any other pistol it fits on, for that matter). The price of these for the way I'm using them has huge value for me. I wound up braking 3 Valkyrie Industries muzzle brake tools, and they turned out to be cheap, flimsy metal. There is no possible way I can brake these steel pins unless I become Superman over night. Great purchase, great product for this particular use!

Quality as expected

I purchased these as a replacement part for a baby gate and they worked great! Much cheaper than replacing the gate!

Rods are oversized a smidge and chamfered only on one end

These rods all seem to be the same size, so they are consistent. My issue is that the rods are slightly oversized. You can't fit these rods into a bearing with a 3/8" inside diameter. Also, the rods are machined with a chamfer only on one end. Would have been nice to have chamfers on both sides.

Good build quality

I used these pins to align bed posts for a loft bed. The build quality was high and the pins were built to a consistent (and accurate) size. All four pins fit perfectly in my drilled 3/8" holes (snug with no play).
