Kako deluje? Kinesio trak na koži potegne zgornje plasti kože in ustvari več prostora med dermisom in mišico. Great tape!! My knee loves it!

This tape is GREAT! I credit it entirely with the fact that I can run pain-free. I've tried other brands and I've tried the cut-your-own tapes but found the ease of this pre-cut tape the best. The first time I used this tape it didn't stick too well, as other reviewers have noted, but now I run my hand over the tape after I've applied it and have never had a problem since. I usually take off the tape after each run but after a recent injury, I left it on for a few days. I could get about four days of support before I had to change it. I think this tape might be a little heat sensitive -- it can sometimes pull coming off if I don't cool down first, and, as I mentioned, it sticks better after I run my palm over it, but to me that's a plus. I love this product. I've ordered it a bunch of times and will continue to do so as long as it's available.

Not overly impressed

Still haven't managed to figure out how to get the tape to stick when using it duing exercise. IT seems to stay on OK when walking around the house, but as soon as I run it lasts about 10 minutes before coming unstuck...

Works well

This tape always works very well. I have not tried the cheaper brands because this particular brand always.works very well for me. It helps with swelling and a basic tape job is all that us necessary.

Do not buy!

This is the worst K tape I've ever used. It started coming off 15 minutes after I applied it. Don't waste your money.

Invest in a different brand

Ugh I am so disappointed. After I bought this I saw a ton of different KT tapes and way better than this. This tape is lousy. I am an athlete with CMP and arthritis. I thought the y tape would be good but it did 0 for my plantar fasciitis and it has less longevity than KT tape the brand. Pro tech has been hit or miss I'm moving on from their brand
