Mixed feeling.

I loved it!!! but my husband, friends, all have same feeling about this.... too much waste. Yeah, true. ... Now I feel uncomfortable using it.

Love these!

They may be pricier than Purell’s smaller, square sized wipes (that are more readily available in stores), but they are soooo worth it! I bought these during the pandemic, when I couldn’t get the others, and they are softer and wetter than the quick drying square ones. I was using the square ones prior to the pandemic when I went out, as germs have always been out there, but now I prefer these over them. When I’m out, I can clean my hands and my table vs. having to quickly clean my hands before wipe dried out. Overall, just a softer, wetter and better cleaning alternative that makes the higher price worth it. I’d compare it to a individually wrapped small wet wipe with Purell benefits. I even had an airline pass these out so you could wipe down your seating area during height of the pandemic.

Poor quality conveyor belt rejects

For the price, these Purell single wipes seemed like a good deal. They are softer, like small baby wipes or the Germ X singles that used to be available. They are packaged singly in 2"x3" mylar bags and notched every 1/2 inch (on the right side as you're looking at it) for easy opening. Unfortunately, the notches are TOO EASILY TORN, thus perforating the package and drying out the sheet. The wipes in this offering look like they were rejected manually by QA worker who threw them in a garbage bag. Several (I mean A LOT) of the packets were creased, torn, badly separated from another packet, or otherwise compromised (see pictures). When they say "bulk packaging," they mean tossed randomly in a clear plastic waste basket bag. So I counted the packages and found I had 998 wipes with about 150 questionable packets. I started using these first and they were indeed dry. So If you do the math, it's supposed to be 11.35 cents per wipe and in actuality it's 13.3 cents per wipe. Another way of looking at it is that they shorted me about $17 worth of product. So I like the idea and stuff is more expensive these days (the Germ X singles were larger and always moist and cost 5 cents per wipe) , but I wouldn't recommend this offering unless you're willing to take the chance that 15% of the stuff is damaged and unusable.

Good Feel

These are a lot like the Germ-X wipes that you can no longer get. I like them very much. They are cloth like and not hard on the hands. I’ve used these and the other Purell wipes. These are way better.

Love these wipes containing alcohol for on the go.

I love these cottony soft wipes! They contain 62% alcohol which I absolutely want for killing germs. I use these constantly when I’m traveling or just running errands. Love, love, love!!!

Oversized, soft and very wet sanitizing wipes!

I flew during covid and the airlines passed out the cottony soft Purell wipes. I noticed how much bigger and softer they were than the regular handiwipes. They also last longer, so after I use them to clean my hands, they are still wet enough to wipe down small surfaces. Can’t find these in stores, so being able to find them on Amazon is great! They came in a big clear plastic bag inside the shipping box. I threw a bunch of them in a basket by my door and I always grab a handful when I leave so I’m never with out. Definitely worth the extra money to buy so many of them.

Cottony wipes exactly as described, Thanks!

Original Purell cottony wipes, exactly as described (not the newer, smaller kind). There were approximately 1000 in the box (count was 1018, but I might have lost count a few times). Wipe packets were in good condition (part of the reason I counted was to see them all). In case anyone wants to know, the 1000 packets come in a plastic bag, inside of a biggish box. To fit on a shelf, I transferred them to a box that was 11.5" × 11" × 15.5", and there was very little space left over, so that gives you an idea as to how much room they take up.

So happy to find the Cottony Soft again

I've been using these for years, way before covid-19. I was sad when they were unavailable for such a long time over the past year. These arrived in a huge plastic bag; I probably didn't actually need quite so many as 1000, but I have been giving them away here and there, and generally feeling like I've indulged myself after a year of not having them. Every one that I've opened has been perfectly fresh. Great buy.
