Exactly what I ordered!

Ordering the customized lamp shades was straightforward and easy. I received exactly what I ordered, it was *very* well packed, and arrived quickly. I'm really pleased with these lampshades! The structure is study, the fabric is really nice, the color is as it was represented, the shades fit the structure well, not too tight or loose and no wrinkles in the fabric. The structure of the shade is sturdy and not off kilter. They are just perfect. I will order from Royal Designs again. I have a couple very large lampshades to replace and they have earned my future business!

Returns will cost you!!

I have no problem with the product. But ended up spending a lot of money on returns. Lamp shades aren’t easy to buy online. I ended up keeping one of the products but spend a lot on returning ones that didnt work out. So sad the company cannot work with me on this! Will try not to buy from here again. Good selection. But……

Great Replacement

My old lampshade was aging and the material was falling apart. Replacing it was a no brainer, but this lampshade is just as nice as the one it replaced.

This is a very well made shade with no flaws. It was packed and shipped in such a way as to avoid damage. What an improvement it makes over the shade it replaced. It also saved me a trip to the high-end and expensive shade shop I sometimes go to...
