Not good walking shoes
I have worn Ryka's before and liked them. I returned these after four days of walking b/c they gave me shin splints.

Swell Surprise!
The Ryka Women's Kali Oxford was a swell surprise: they fit amazingly well, just as advertised. The toe-box allows for a comfortable placement of my foot when doing fast walking over moderately long distances. I purchased my regular size and the fit is perfect. One comfortable feature is the hight of the heel and the way the shoe fits around my ankle and stays in place without slipping. The padded tongue of the shoe is an unanticipated feature that has added comfort while wearing the shoes all day. I have received kudos for the style of the shoe. Yeah, Ryka!

Shoe strings easily come untied.
I love this shoe. It keeps my feet warm & that’s why I bought them. Look good with any pants or jeans.

Decent but stiff
Upon first glance, they are what I expected but they are definitely a bit wide and very stiff. I expect the shoe to loosen as I wear them but the soles are stiff too. I took out the insert that they came with and put my own in and that helped a little. Overall I think they'll do the job but I'm not 100% happy with the fit as a loose-fitting shoe probably won't be great for long walks.

Very Comfortable!
I spent a lot of money on my Nikes. They hurt my feet so I stopped wearing them. I tried this shoe and they are great for my flat feet! I haven’t had a shoe this comfortable for years. Buy these shoes!

Could be wider.
I wear them in the morning when I go for a walk but on the afternoon if I go for a walk there too tight.

Tight across the toe
This shoe was tight across the toes. Where the laces end, it was uncomfortably tight. It's the right size though, and I don't have wide feet. I think the leather might loosen over time or the base would compress a bit, but I have a leg length discrepancy and have to wear a lift in one shoe to correct it. There's no way I could wear these shoes enough to get that part to be comfortable, so I had to return.. They are adorable (LOVE the color) and seem well made. Just not the right shoe for me.

Love them!
I have been wearing Ryka for about 4 or 5 years now and I just love how perfect they fit me. When I was first researching them everyone said go up a 1/2 size, so I did and they were right. My last pair are getting tattered so using them in the garden this year and sprung for a new pair. These have a suede like texture to them, a bit nicer than I was expecting. They are very comfortable too! Highly recommend.

Uncomfortable
They feel stiff and the arch support is in the wrong place. They also look cheap. The slits in place of eyelets look like they would rip easily. I bought Skechers instead; much better comfort and quality.
