Great for hard floors!

Very quiet attachment compared to the one made for carpet. Cleans very well. Glad I bought it.

Much better on hard flooring than the included bespoke dual head

In the US the Samsung Bespoke only comes with the dual head. The dual head can not pickup dirt close the edges since the front roller doesn't move and it is loud over tile. This solves those issues. The soft roller spins so it sucks right up the front edge and easily rolls over larger debris.
