Fun but missing pieces

Beautiful Picture

The Granddaughter and I put this together over the weekend. Pieces were easy to handle and it fit together easily. Had a friend over for supper the day after we finished who admired it. Packed it up and sent to on to be reassembled and enjoyed again.

Cool picture, but the overall quality is lacking

I heard Springbok was a good brand, so I was expecting this puzzle to be of better quality. The pieces don't feel very sturdy (thicker clearly doesn't equal better quality) and a bunch of them weren't completely separated. The pieces also don't click together in a very satisfying way (like with Buffalo Games, Ravensburger, Educa, or Clementoni). For me, these tactile experiences matter and affect how much I enjoy doing the puzzle! I like the image, but I doubt I put together more than once before trading it out.

Fun puzzle, good quality construction

We loved this puzzle - it was fun to put together and had interestingly shaped pieces instead of just the standard shapes, which made it a little more challenging even though it is only 1000 pieces. It is a low calorie way to enjoy your chocolate addiction ????

Sorter's delight; pretty variety

[Springbok 1000: Big pieces, puddle cut, low dust, several corner-attached, thick pieces that may need smooshing to get in.] This big ol' Springbok puzzle is close to the ideal divide-and-conquer puzzle that even newbies can enjoy. Fortunately, despite the fact that these are chocolates, they're exotic enough not to *look* like typical chocolates, so I didn't suffer from constant food stimulation (unlike the cupcake, doughnut and classic candy puzzles).

Perfect puzzle to split up among friends

Just finished this puzzle with two other people. Perfect puzzle to split up among friends. There was a piece missing - first time I've had that with a Springbok.

Poor border

This was a good puzzle except for the border. All the border pieces look the same and was pure trial and error. The interior of the puzzle was fun.
