Good

There were some issues with assembling the bed. The biggest one was the screws that came with the product were cheaply made and when trying to screw the boards the screws broke and my husband had to replace them with other ones he had. The instructions were not easy to follow either.

Looks great but a bit of a challenge to assemble

I am pretty handy around the house with basic carpentry skills and tools to match. This was a bit of a challenge to put together. Except kr to take an hour with a little trial and error as the instructions leave a bit to be desired. But the finished product looks and feels great. Luv the natural wood feel. Rated for up to 50 pounds.

Great toddler bed, great price.

It isn’t the most easy to assemble (at least not on your own). The slats are tricky. But the bed is sturdy. I’ve sat on the edge with no issues, I’m over 300 lbs. It’s very sturdy. And it looks nice.

This is definitely about as basic as it gets.

Super simple construction, MOSTLY sturdy, but the designers should absolutely contact an engineer for the center attachment. The bed only feels flimsy when I go to move it for cleaning, rearrangement, etc. Other than that attribute, my kids are surely in the process of battle testing the pair we bought. I could've probably made this exact thing for about half the price, with about triple the sturdiness.....but you know, you get what you pay for. Overall, solid purchase in a pinch.

Good completed product. Assembly way harder than it should be. Your time is money.

In order to have a smaller package (and for that reason alone) the side rails are split into two pieces. You get to rejoin them with a metal plate (and no pilot holes). The process is way more trouble than it should be. The metal plate has no way to index itself, so you get to use clamps or get creative with screws. The plate, middle leg, two rail pieces, and the cross bar (that's 5 things!) all come together at the one place and have to be attached with the same two large fasteners. I feel like even if they insist on cutting the rail into two pieces to save shipping, it would be possible to design a much easier method of assembly. No corner was cut on the finished product; it seems perfectly sturdy and as well made as you could expect. But time is money, and that should figure in to your decision. The notorious warning labels and adhesive will come off quickly with Mineral Spirits and 5 more minutes of your time. Not WD-40 or acetone: Mineral Spirits. Sold in the paint section. Very unnecessary that they'd use such an obnoxious adhesive to attach these two huge labels positioned at each end of the bed. I didn't buy a new bed just to make my kid stare at a huge warning label.

Instructions are kinda hard

Maybe I’m just slow but I started working on putting it together before work and made little to no progress in 1.5 hours instructions weren’t very clear so I put it on backwards and then had to redo it. It’s looking like it’ll be a good quality bed once I actually figure it out

Well made!

This bed is a bit difficult to put together. Just slowed down & it came together perfectly. Our 2 1/2 year old likes his Big Boy Bed!
