Comfy socks

Incorrect/Inconsistent Sizing

Thorlo makes high quality socks. I use their Tennis Cushioned XL ankle socks for court sports and they are the best. I wanted a color other than white but that was all that was available in the XL size for Tennis, so I thought I'd try these. I bought the XL, but they turned out to be much smaller than the XL Tennis version. I have size 12 feet and it was all I could do to get these on my feet. The size chart doesn't match the sizes offered. It only has numerical sizes listed, no large or extra large. But one would think that an XL would be at least a size 12. This XL is more like a 10 or 11. If you are a size 12 or larger do not buy these socks.

More cushion on the toe and heel area

The key to keeping socks durable- do not put them in the dryer after wash or use softener on them. These two thins take away the durability.

Size Isn’t Accurate

The socks seem comfortable and well-made. The size however isn’t even close. I have a size 13 eee foot. XL didn’t fit at all.

Bought these 2x both sets got holes in them

I love thorlo socks. My dad is a runner and he taught me they are the gold standard for that kind of work out but I bought some extra ones for just around the house but both pairs I bought got holes in both heels. I’m not walking on rocks either lol just nice floors. I have others, I’m wearing a different pair on right now I’ve had them longer and they have no holes lol

Very thick

The socks are very comfortable. Extremely padded- so much so they didn’t fit in my work clogs. I did wear them hiking and they were great- they fit in my boots nicely. They were comfortable and wicked away the sweat. There is a stretchy “band” around the arch of the foot which helped with support.
