Love it and so do the kids.

The installation took me about 30 minutes doing it alone. The instructions were straightforward and all the hardware parts were labeled. It’s pretty solid. We purchased the grey and it looks great. We purchased this to store the bulkier toys that my boys have and it does just that. Love them extra soft drawers provided. All in all a great buy for a decent price.

Awesome toy box! Slight modification made.

I love the soft close hinge on this toy box - it actually stays open until the child manually closes it. It does still have points where it can catch a toddler’s fingers if the toddler slams it on their own fingers. My toddler immediately because obsessed with the noise the top made when it was manually slammed shut. You can guess how that went. I was worried about eventual damage, so I added some rubber bumpers on the edges (the kind you would put on cabinet doors) to prevent the wooden top from slamming down straight on the frame. In my opinion, it should have come with these. Luckily I had some laying around. Overall this toy chest is adorable, modern, spacious, and comes with drawers to organize toys. It has a large, flat panel on the front that would make a great space for children’s names or a decoration of some kind.

Super cute but received mismatched shelves

The toy chest is great for the job it does. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. It’s a great color too. The only issue we had was they sent us one beige and one grey drawer. It looks really silly. I reached out to Amazon for help as I wanted the toy grey drawers pictured but my only option was to return or take a partial credit. I tried to find out how to buy the grey drawer separate but couldn’t figure it out! So we threw the toy chest inside the closet. Kinda disappointing.

Update: Style Meets Storage

Update: The things I stated based on my initial feedback were true, but after a few months, the hinge broke and the wood shredded. My husband "fixed" it, but it happened again. Others seem to have had the same problem, so I don't recommend, especially for the price. This stylish toy box holds many toys and the two drawers on the bottom allow for organization. I even put dividers in the drawers for more organization. My five-year old can open and close the toy box without any trouble or fear of getting her hand smashed.

Nice looking toy box. Overall good buy. I can’t give it a 10 on sturdiness and it was a little complicated to assemble but it does look really nice

This is a great toy box! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was i was hoping the inside storage was bigger. Its sturdy and it was easy to assemble.

Great toy chest for kids.

This has been a great toy cheat for our child. My only reservation are how quickly the hinge came disconnected from the base. The screws were very short and came out easily. I was able to re-insert them beside the original holes and it is still working months later.
