Extras are always needed

Recommended by my son to have extras on hand. This system with the pump is the best on the market at this price point and higher!! Better than some of the very expensive systems.

Vacu Vin Wine Saver Vacuum Stoppers Set of 6– Blue/Pink/Purple

Love opening a bottle of wine. Hate having leftovers but I so often do. These stoppers have been a game-changer in keeping my wine tasting good until I finish the bottle. Highly recommend them.

Seals wine bottles perfectly.

My old Vacu Vin stoppers were worn out and did not seal well. These solved our problem, and the jewel-tone colors are fun!

Great product for protecting/preserving wine.

Great product. Made in the Netherlands. Highly recommend for use in protecting wine in opened bottles. You'll need the vacuum pump as well. We already had one, just needed more stoppers for the bottles we had open. We use this in a small farm winery so they receive regular use. Very sturdy. Thank you.

Love these, if only my dogs didn't!

Had to buy more of these because my dogs manage to steal them out of the sink! I love them, and they work great. Colors make them really fun! Just can't put them in the sink when I'm done with them, they go straight in the dishwasher.

Wine saver.

I like these vacu wine savers.. Easy to use. Had the tool to suck the air out of the bottle but needed another because I drink and my wife enjoys white. The wine stays fresher than a cork or rubber stopper.

Expensive and gimmicky new design but they work well

A classic case of a great product being reinvented in an inferior guise. I have used Vacuvin wine stoppers for maybe 20 years, they are super-effective and useful, even white wine keeps fine for a week or two opened and most red wine actually improves as the bottle slowly goes down. This new format comes in colours (useful, I lost my old grey ones though they still worked fine) and apparently with a 'click' function to tell you it is sealed. If that worked it would be totally unnecessary as you soon learn that 3 or 4 pulls of the vacuum device does the trick when half empty and one or two more when nearly empty, and it's easy enough to check if you're unsure by removing the stopper again. Anyway I hear no click whatsoever on these fancy new ones so trial and error is still the way to find out how many times to pull. And the new shape doesn't make a secure closure until you do the vaccum, unlike the old ones which also worked as non-vacuum, stoppers. For this you pay double the old price, really fantastic profits on a small piece of rubber - but, they had a good idea and no competitors and it works! Delivery was very fast and accurate, too.

they are not all the same size, which is good. Also the main stores that sell Vacu-vin don't offer extra stoppers, so this offer is good.

they're the same size and shape as the grey ones I got when I bought the vacuum pump, excellent in all aspects. Hygienic, easy to clean, quick to operate, even colourful... Recommended if you use white whine to cook and want it to last much longer in the fridge, or with red wine bottles if you don't feel like finishing one up, it will last a few good days with no significant taste alteration. They also make for a good (cheap) present (buy the pump too, in that case...)

Great stoppers, the real thing

My Vacu Vin, more than 5 years old wasn't working very well, and I realized that the stopper had probably become less effective. These do the trick, are colorful, and what a nice surprise that they are made in the Netherlands... finally something not made in China.
