GOOD QUALITY, MADE IN THE USA.
Good Quality. Made in the USA. I have had this pan in use for a few months now and am very pleased with its performance. This is an expensive pan and I thought twice about spending that much money. Based on what I have experienced to date it looks like it will be a good value based on performance. Time will tell how well the non-stick coating holds up. For now 4 starts is fair. Had this been less expensive I would have given it 5 stars. I noticed one thing about this pan that may be of some use to you. Specifically it transfers heat very fast and very efficiently. That means that if you normally use a medium-high setting with your other pans, this one will get the same result with a low-medium setting. Every range or cooktop will have its own unique characteristics and your settings may be different than mine, but the principle of requiring less heat to get the same result will be consistent across the selection of cooktops and/or ranges. There is a potential side benefit to your ability to use a lower setting on your range/cooktop. Specifically non-stick coatings hold up better when they are not consistently used on the high heat setting. As I said earlier time will tell how well mine holds up, but this detail is worth keeping in mind.

Expensive but a great fry pan
I needed a large, quality fry pan that would work with my induction range. I couldn't find one with a non-stick coating that I wanted so I finally broke down and spent the money for the Viking 12" I'm happy to say that it cooks well and evenly and cleans up nicely. I wash it by hand as I'm a bit nervous to put it in the dishwasher. I recommend if you want to spend the money.

Induction ready
I have bought and returned so many non stick pans trying to find one that my induction range liked. My search is over! Other pans have patterned bottoms that don’t connect with the burners. This pan has a smooth bottom and connected with no problems.

Great pan
This is pretty pricey cookware but I love it. I also have an eight quart stock pot. The pan is not only beautiful but it's very versatile. I use it every day!

This pan is our new pride and joy. If you are considering it and are unsure if it is worth it, let me tell you, it is worth it. One of the secrets of great cooking is using the right tools for the right job. This is the right tool for so many jobs. Cannot recommend it any higher.
