Elegant angel

Very pretty. The wings came off with the first windy day. I had to zip tie all off the parts together.

Nice product, but with apparently NO Manufacturer's Warranty

I bought this product from Amazon last year and it looked wonderful and worked great at that time. This year when I noticed that some of the LED bulbs were out I contacted the Customer Support folks at the manufacturer, National Tree Company. I was told that there were no parts (including spare LEDs) available for this product and that the manufacturer's warranty is for "Trees ONLY". So Buyer Beware that there is apparently NO Manufacturer's Warranty for this product! As a followup, after sending them the following quote from the Amazon product description (above) "BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: National Tree Company is a USA-based family owned and operated business established 60 years ago; Our friendly USA customer service staff will assist with product and parts questions;", they sent me the following: "Thank you for bringing this information to our attention, as we did not know Amazon’s wording on their advertisement was as so. We have our Account managers looking into this to go over with them. We apologize for the discrepancy, we can replace the item for you." which they promptly did!

Now What Do I Do?

Half the angel’s lights stopped working on the 3rd Christmas. disappointing as I paid top dollar. So much for using it year after year.

Stunning!

I decorate my farm to the nines for the holiday because my farm is open to paying members. So I really want to make it magical for goodhearted people who support me. This decoration, in particular, is spectacular. I put it on one of my patio tables with an umbrella hole in the center. I wove the cord through the hole, tore a small hole the inexpensive plastic table cover so the cord would fit through, and plugged the cord into the extension. And, I used long plastic covered ties (the kind you find wrapped around Xmas lights) to bind the angel to the table. This table has a wire mesh top that lets water through. I love, love, love this angel!

BRIGHT Angel

Beautiful angel, BUT her lights were brighter than other angel and manger scene. She almost looked like she had halogen lights so didn’t look great with other pieces. IDK, maybe it was Gabriel or Michael?
